How it works
From the car to the shelf in 4 steps
- 01Guided intake
Plate in – the customer comes from Mekto or the last season. Then 4 photos, one per wheel.
- 02Traffic light per wheel
Tread in mm, DOT and rim. Each wheel gets green, yellow or red – the set takes the weakest colour.
- 03Sign & label
The customer signs on screen, gets the sheet by email or WhatsApp; you print the QR labels and the spot.
- 04Invite & book
14 days before the season everyone gets an invitation and books the change online.

You see at a glance which tyres need replacing
Tread depth, tyre age from the DOT code and rim damage are combined into one colour per wheel. Red sets are a sale before the customer even asks.

Questions
Do I need special hardware?
No. A phone with a camera is enough. For the labels any printer works; a label printer (62 mm) is faster.
How is the DOT code read?
From the wheel photo or a close-up of the code. The AI only fills in what it can read clearly – you can always correct it.
What does the customer receive?
An email with the storage sheet: photos of every wheel, tread, tyre age, storage spot and the signature. You can also send it on WhatsApp.
Can I use Treqo without the other tools?
Yes. Treqo works on its own. If you use Mekto or VexDesk, customers and cars are filled in automatically.
What about data protection?
Invitations and reminders only go to customers who agreed at intake. Every customer can see their sheet through a private link.
