Valix – privacy notice

Controller

ProDetailing Network, Ciprian Barb, Berg (Germany), contact@prodetailingnetwork.com. Full details in the Impressum.

What data

Car data (make, model, year, mileage, equipment, condition), the car photos you upload, your answers and your email address. The registration document photo is read once and not stored; we never extract names or addresses. We also read the vehicle identification number (VIN): it is stored only in encrypted form and used to recognise the same car across ProDetailing Network products (for example when you value it again). The full VIN never appears in the report and is not shared with anyone.

Why

To create and send the valuation report you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and for anonymous statistics that improve the estimates.

Processors

Photo and market analysis uses Google Gemini (Google Cloud, paid tier – data is not used for model training). Reports and photos are stored in Google Workspace / Google Drive. Market prices are searched with Google Search.

Retention

Reports and photos are kept for 12 months and then deleted. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Who sees the report

Only people with the link. The buyer link shows Part 1 only; the owner guide is visible only with your personal link.

Your rights
